Melnic Properties LLC is a professional home and vacant land purchasing company owned and operated by Dr. Nicholas LoPreiato, who has been an active real estate investor since 1991.
Early in his career, as young investor, Nicholas worked in sales, marketing, and management roles at General Electric Capital, Stanley Black & Decker, Compaq Computer, Hewlett Packard, and State Farm Insurance for 25 years, then worked as a University Professor for over a decade and as the Chairman of a Graduate Business Department. Helping others has been part of Nicholas' DNA and runs throughout the company.
